- 8 cups of purified water (bottled is fine)
- Place a handful of steam herbs in water
- Soft boil for 5 minutes
- Turn off heat and cover for 5 minutes
- Place half into a bowl you placed in your toilet
- Wave your hand 8-10 inches over the water to make sure it's not too hot
- Remove underwear and sit on seat
- Drape a large blanket or sheet around your waist to make sure no steam escapes

KEEP YOURSELF WARM keep something on your neck and feet (wearing a robe and socks is fine)
- You should feel rolling heat for 10-12 minutes
- When steam cools down, dump water into toilet
- Starting with #4 begin second dose; if it has cooled too much, reheat before sitting over steam
