Queens of Yoni Detox and QYD Wellness has a no refund policy. Due to the nature of our products these items are also non-exchangeable unless fault is totally that of our company.
All products are all natural and handmade. Standard shipping time is 7 to 14 business days. Our business is not responsible for delays that are due to shipping carriers.
